Whether you are a student, pursuing your LICSW/LMHC, or are already fully licensed, I believe that accountability, different perspectives, validation, sharing of resources, and consultation are essential in providing ethical and high-quality care to our clients. I am incredibly passionate about providing fun, engaging, and thought-provoking mentorship and professional support to other BIPOC clinicians and students through clinical supervision.

As your clinical supervisor, I strive to provide a genuine and collaborative experience that empowers you to gain clarity about your “why” while embracing your professional identity and committing to lifelong learning. I am dedicated to support you and offer culturally-responsive resources as you navigate difficult decision-making, practice clinical skills, manage feelings of countertransference, and prioritize your own boundaries to prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.

Over the past 5 years I have had the privilege of providing clinical supervision for over 2 dozen Clinicians and MSW students in Massachusetts and have completed the Yale Program on Supervision, the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) training, and the DE&I Considerations for Clinical Supervision training.
